A “Quality” inspection is much more than just a visual examination of the structure and its system and components. In fact, our inspection process starts the moment we take your call!
On the initial, call we’ll gather all the necessary details to ensure we provide you with an accurate and fair quote for the Inspection. A few examples of the information we may ask for are;

We will also work diligently to ensure you have the Inspection time and date that works best for your schedule.
At the Inspection, our Certified Home Inspector will review all necessary documents & details with you to ensure their accuracy. The Inspector, prior to the start of the inspection, will also note any special areas of concern you may have. If you don’t have any special concerns, don’t worry!
